About TJLAX
My name is Tyson Johnson and I am a lacrosse Faceoff Specialist and coach in the Pacific Northwest. With nearly two decades of playing experience and a decade of coaching experience, you will not find a more experienced mentor to refine faceoff skills, communicate complex concepts and increase confidence in your players. Countless clubs, schools, organizations and players have used the knowledge and expertise gained from my private lessons and group sessions to progress their faceoff skills and succeed at the Faceoff X.
I have multiple seasons of experience in the Canadian Semi-professional leagues and am a self-taught former First-team Faceoff Specialist at the University of Oregon. As the Pacific Northwest Ambassador for Faceoff Factory, I have also been hosting Faceoff factory sessions in the PNW for many years. This allows me to provide connections for any player who has the desire to play at the highest levels. Several pupils of mine have earned All-league and All-American honors as well as commit to colleges at every level- MCLA, NAIA, NCAA D3, D2 and D1!
